I mean... honestly yeah, the wolves all seem to have healthy relationships with their chosen mates, even Jack with his griping with his girl they seem to mostly be teasing each other

King gets his leverage from his human know-how. The only pet that can do that as far as i know, but i cut him some slack on that one. x3

Most of the pets look pretty stable, but it's just pretty round-about due to those pesky raw pet emotions looking for the hottest boy/girl around. Peanut and Tarot seems to be a good exception, although a little strained.

While I’m judging Sasha’s recent actions hard in this arc, I really want Phil to face some karma for neglecting his pet. Even in our world, heavy neglect of a pet is considered animal cruelty, and you can be fined or get jail time for it. The fact that early King hated the guy for it tells me that it’s not something most humans in the prime Housepets universe would approve of either... actually, I’m curious, do the other pet owners know about how Phil is to Sasha, or is it always behind closed doors that he shows that side of himself? Might have just been a case of Rick backpedaling some, but he seemed just like a regular guy when he showed up in the K9 investigation arc

Also, Wallace, I’m disappointed you didn’t bring up the panel where Miles says he would enjoy marrying his mate. What could be more romantic than that?

I don't think that anybody else knows about it. Sounds like in this universe animal cruelty is basically the same thing as neglect in our universe. In my fanfiction, I DID use that to create an issue between Kevin and Sasha to break them up. I'm sure she would react just the same way she did to King when he brought it up and to Kevin on my fanfiction.
