Oh, it's great that Keene is changing himself more and is improving his humility. ;) Very good you figured that, Keene. :) Eww, that hot dish you prepared sounds horrible to eat... :P We understand that these ways are new for you, let's just appreciate the act and the effort. :D
Yeah, if Keene is using kitchen gloves to hold the baking tin, how come Sabrina doesn't need them? :P Or the food is no more so much hot, or Sabrina is really magic... ;)

Nah. Sabby will be casting spells to keep him alive until it's done. She'll keep him level.

Sabby's not just magic. She's hot too.

Citty Cibble with Velveeta binder... add some pimento and bread-and-butter pickles and you may have something there.
King looks an awful lot like my own Corgi. That's one reason why he's my favorite, but I also like his attitude.

Squeak pulled that life revivement spell in the Temple too as I recollect, Welsh. And, yeah, Sabby's seriously exquisite.... With all these new romances, hope they don't eclipse the old flames like Fido and Sabby....

Cobble and Velveeta ... Mebbee, Bill, but I wouldn't eat it.

As an author of a great-man-brought-low story myself, I appreciate this arc so much. More of Keene just coping with normal-people problems, please, along with Breel loving the frick out of him.

Maybe the dish was hot enough to warrant mitts when Keene Took it out of the oven (microwave?) but in the time from then till he got to her house it was cool enough for bare paws.
Now I want to know what expression everyone he passed had when they saw that

Probably something like "okay, what's the crazy ferret doing carrying smelly waste through town? Belated funeral, maybe?"

Velveeta goes really well with scrambled eggs.

I have never known a cat to turn down any cheese-like food product.

Sabrina is not a normal cat. She's far classier.

Hey, she paraphrases Dorothy Parker ... Sabby's one cultured kitten.

Sabrina's making a pun on Parker's title, "What Fresh Hell is This?"

Rick's channeling the old joke...
"Why did the seal cross the road?" Answer: "she did it for the halibut ("the hell-uv-it".)

aaaaaaaaad now I gotta headache. Regards.
