The word 'neoteny' and 'neotonic' didn't show up in the corgi wiki page, so I would assume no. They cute as buttons, but no.

I wonder if Bino will start to complain when he has to take off his mittens and toque and start a 10 day winter journey through the 'Garden' part of 'Babylon Gardens'.
