Acutally, I think Peanut got adopted about a year early'er then Grape
also, I think grape would probably not say anything for a very long time, being very closed and shy, while Peanut keeps on yapping to her till she opens up more.

I'm a bit confused, maybe its because its 4:40 AM, but I don't get what you are getting at. In the last panel they are going to adopt a new pet for Peanut to play with. This pet is obviously Grape as she is living with them now. Mrs. Sandwich is telling Peanut that they can only bring home one pet which to me indicates that they are going to let him pick that pet out. Which we know is Grape therefore Peanut is the one that picked Grape out to be adopted.

I was thinking that Grape may be unaware of the fact that Peanut picked her out to be adopted, she could think it was Mrs. and Mr. Sandwich that did it and not Peanut.

I'd say the same. At least he had strong influence in it, since the Sandwiches were strictly dog people before, yet they came out from the shelter with the purple kitten we all know.

So how many of the other cast do you think we will see in this arc? I'm thinking its actually going to be rather limited to like maybe Peanut,Grape,Bino,Fido,Joey (and that’s a maybe on Joey),Sasha,and Fox. King is obviously not going to show up. I'm also sure we will not see Sabrina or Tarot as they most likely have not moved in yet. (and if we do it will be as background characters and nothing more as they have yet to meet Peanut or Grape.) Max is up in the air a bit but as he has yet to meet Grape and Grape stated that she didn't know any cats before him I highly doubt he would be more then a background cameo if he does at all. Tiger and Marvin are in the same boat as other Minor characters like the Bigglesworths and the like, background cameos at best.

Unless, of course, Grape isn't the one they picked and came later somehow because something happened to the pet they did pick.

Baby Princess Periwinkle is going to be periwinkle and this arc is actually the story of how she turned purple.

Everything is just so cute in this strip. Peanuts face is hilarious! Ruining her naps as always.

especially when she, too, is naked.

It took me a minute to realize the true brilliance of the last panel. Since Grape is sleeping on the -top- bunk, Peanut literally climbed double his height up that chain-link fence to get a better look at her. XD

Edit: Also, with Sinder's comment in mind, this comic is essentially the HP! version of a boy climbing up a tree to look at a chick in her room. Yikes. Lol.

But they are dogs that's how the normally greet each other. It was most likely how hyperactive he is. Actually my question is why would Grape want to go with him? If he annoyed the other dogs he should really, really annoy Grape. (and well, does for the most part, but I'm talking about in the past)
