Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
I keep wondering if the canine unit ranks are slightly higher than their handler's rank in this universe or not. I know this is how it works in the US military to prevent animal abuse - if you harm the dog you're handling you are effectively assaulting a superior officer.

I think Rick confirmed they rank lower, but there still might be rules applying to animal abuse like that one.

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
And what about Spo? Since he's not even supposed to be part of the team (AND he's annoying.. in a nice way) he might have some strong abuse coming his way (but I think Fido will protect him). Hey, do you think Spo will become part of the team in this arc? It just came to me, but a tiny scout that can squeeze into small places before a raid might be priceless to have! Hmmmm........

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
That is a good question though. And I love the Bat tag. It would be hard to remove something like that in the middle of a Highway with no one noticing. It could be there never was anything in the shipment and the Truck Driver is lying and took it him self stashing it somewhere or is covering up for the Banker and getting a cut of the insurance money. Or it is one of the Nerds (or a similar being that the Artifacts my have belonged to or something) for some reason. Now I guess the Ferrets could have done it some how they would have enough money to figure out a way to get it because they like shiny things. But still not enough info to really form a good guess at this point.

The bats bit Maxwell's ear, forcing him into turning into a life of thievery from the get-go. True story.
I also like the faces of those bats =3

This arc in a way reminds me of ‘The Last Chance Detectives’
Missing Aztec artifacts, following the mystery of how it happened, and an awesome twist ending.

And from here on out, Spo decides to speak entirely in iambic pentameter.

This is getting very interesting! I hope this is going where I think it is. It would be wonderful if it was....
Fido AND Spo should start speaking in couplets, one line each...

as soon as I saw Limerick guy again, I thought avatar. ^_^
I love that Spo now aspires to be an old human (or possibly mystical creature) that speaks in limericks.

It wasn't until I saw Brent Monsieur Limerick again that it even occurred to me that this arc was planned to lead into Halloween.

I'm partial to that name as well. If that's it then that would be swell. If he's named after me, oh, how happy I'll be. and that's a limerick. could you tell?

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
For any game there must be gimmicks, A little bit of mystery to lick. So we may theorize The man without eyes Has a fox as the source of his limericks.

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
So the theory is Old guy = Great Kitsune? Well I think not, consider this: Tarot is Dragon's avatar but she isn't her. King was Pete's avatar but he wasn't him. Old Guy avatar of Kitsune? probably. Old guy is Kitsune? really not sure.

Re: ARC 46: The Case of The Aztec Gold
He's a guy who like rational explanations for everything, I think he'll just think it was all some dream (considering the reputation the spirits have for trying to make you believe that). Fido, though, might have a long talk with Sabrina after this .
