Didn't they say species is technically irrelevant? Maybe there are actually more cats on the dog side than on their own, vice versa. Then you'd have to wonder who named the teams.

The teams are named by the leaders of the team. It seems like Grape and Max are the leaders of the cats team. Besides, as you could see in the lunch line, they're mostly cats.

many people predicted Zach getting captured, but I didn't expect Bino. Tiger's betraying the dogs for no reason.

Edit: or maybe what I said was true maybe he is a spy. I mean if Bino was asleep and not there with the Dogs when Tiger went to the cats he (since Bino slept until after the war started) would have known that.

Edit 2: of course it could be something that happened on some other day that Tiger is getting revenge for and he joined the Cats right at the start of the war.
