so the entire arc was Bino losing his collar, shooting a movie about fictional events that caused him to lose his collar, failing to do so, being humiliated in front of everyone, and all this turned out to be a movie created by Rock
is that about right?

ummm basically as far as I can tell yeah that's it.
Edit: Also is the arc over with? I can't think there being much more left to do with this arc.

My version:
Bino during the original script was somehow being recorded for a movie without his knowledge while he was naked. Just as Rick got his laptop fixed, the arc skipped to the point where Bino just got word he was recorded for a movie/TV show, which of course made him think of the bright side of it... until Rex told him the camera was busted. que the recap of the arc in Bino's twisted way!

Karishad, but he's a boy. I think there might have been a woodland creature, too.

And Rock directed it? That means this arc was just a remake of a movie that was lost in editing? Wow, trippy...
I wonder what Frank looks like.
And where was there a rabid raccoon? I would have loved to see that one.
