Yup. This image is from after Orion evolves from a Small Lesser to a Lesser Taratect, so he's got longer legs, a bigger ruff, and more varied colouration.

That's intentional! As noted, it's to replace a Pepe emote, so I incorporated some of Pepe's features into it.
