Not everyone needs a tablet, though it's just recommended. If you have a scanner, you can just draw on paper, scan, then use Photoshop (Or any other Art Programs w/e) and use the Pen Tool. o 3o I know some Artist that just uses mouse and it's still pretty decent. i have a webcam and i use my mouse ...

I love Apple, buuttt I hate AT&T sooo I'd go for the Samsung Facinate (a android phone) and is basically identical to the iphone cept it plays flash videos so you can watch youtube vids. I don't think the iphone can play flash.
