no, it's not a shadow blade, it's not even remotely close.
firstly, in terms of blade size, that's a falchion, not a short sword.
secondly, the blade color is a dark shade of ultramarine, not indigo.
thirdly, it has a smooth straight leading edge instead of a hooked curve with serrations.
and lastly, the guard is symetrical both side to side and front to back, a shadow blade's wouldn't be.

also MOBAs are a blight, i wouldn't intentionally reference one.
