I’m not going to lie. It took me a few moments to realize that in the last panel, those AREN’T two large pieces of moldy broccoli growing from their behinds.
Broccoli? I thought they were trying to run off with two chicken leg bones with dust on them.
But you could still tell anyway? That’s a point in my favor as I’d never drawn “run away leaving a dust cloud” lines before (why did I pick a day I was unimaginably sick to try, I’ll never know)
Probably would have looked less broccoli-like if they faded away rather than being attached to clouds <.<
Or simply been lines drawn over the background, rather than solid white.
To be honest, I at first thought they were fallen trees… then broccoli… then fart clouds… THEN “run away lines”. XD
