That doesn’t seem right for his body type though. If he were anorexic then yes I can understand being below 3% is bad, but he is ripped… 3% body fat doesn’t seem like a good number when you are BURNING fat to GAIN muscle.
Why would he need MORE body fat if he is buff? That doesn’t make sense that being buff and no body fat is bad.
Anybody explain that one to me?

He probably felt the line was too similar to the first book’s “Are Naked All The Time”.

Wait, so his under weight or overweight, I don’t understand If his over weight how is he so active? If not I understand the donughts now.
Basically he is in far too healthy, he needs 2.5 percent more body fat to be in perfect shape
technically if you are between 2.5-3.0% it should be fine but thinking about how much people weigh that really is a low number and its really hard to get to.

And so ends another great mini arc. I will definitely order book 3 later today. Seeing this arc has really cheered me up, my own dog had to be put down yesterday and watching kevin cry over donuts reminds me of how she would wolf down anything that came her way. Thank you rick, although you could never have known.

Be careful. I used to be like that, and got used to eating like a horse and not putting anything on, and didn’t notice when my metabolism flicked over from “teenager” to “adult” in my ’20s until I was like “where did this belly come from?”

Reminds of my last checkup with the doctor – she said I had too much iron in my blood, and I should stop eating red meat, like beef. Huh?
This is after growing up in a country where iron deficiency (leads to low blood oxygen) is a widely publicized problem.

I don’t think so, i’ve never played D&D but i think kitsune it’s kind of a moderator more than a player, so he doesn’t need it. Also Tarot and Spirit dragon have different eye color..
however, DMs /can/ and sometimes /do/ have characters of their own in a campaign.
And to bring it back to the comic….maybe GK promised he’d give Kevin the super muscled body in exchange for his co-operation. Also Kevin’s grin in panel two looks alot like GK’s grin in the “Dragon loves a low order being” panel.
