Maybe that’s what happens when you take a talking dog/cat and make them brain-dead/mentally deficient? It’s a slightly dark theory but one that I find fits well enough.

I could start an argument about the science behind the pets language, but this time I’d rather go for the standard answer: they’re dogs and cats, they woof and meow.

Friggin’ Samurai Pizza Cats! I saw, like, the first half of the show and I was laughing the whole time. Then the Youtube channel hosting them got taken down and I couldn’t finish the episodes.
