I don’t know whether this is Agony of the Feet (Paws) or Joy of the Feet (Paws). Sadly, given that Yeltsin is involved, I’m inclined to think that the tickle-torture was stretched over a significant length of time, and therefore leans towards Agony of the Feet (Paws).
