I imagine a more realistic, simple flooding type thing, like the wall on the side of a pool breaking if you understand what im talking about
I actually imagine something like a glass tank with water in it and one side breaking. then the water stays there like the wall never broke and someone’s looking at it like “Oh crap” and the water floods right over them and every where else too.
It’s actually much smaller. It’s being thrown towards their backs at such an angle to make it appear so, at the same time obscuring our view of what they’re really looking at.
I think you might be right lets hope what ever the balloon is blocking its funnier than a water based mushroom cloud.

Actually, at sufficient pressures streams of water can be used to cut metals. Waterjets (or water jet cutter) are useful when the heat generated by more traditional methods of cutting materials is undesired.

…wait a minute, logically, if the Dogs are surrounding them and are THAT close, then setting off a bomb of this magnatude would soak the cats as well. Not only that, but if you calculate the water pressure inside that thing, set for how powerful the blast is and expand the radius during the initial pop, then most of the neighborhood would be flooded.

In the last panel, I imagined that it was a regular-sized balloon (in the foreground) which greatly overshot the dogs (in the background), and that the dogs were looking at something entirely different. What has been seen cannot be unseen.
