I think I’ve gotten over trying to get first. I got it once for a double panel but the update cleared the comments so I lost it. Try and get first comment and you never will. Almost guranteed.
on the other hand, seeing people whining about not making it first is endlessly amusing and never gets old, so yeah, go on guys.

The “HEY-OOO” is a reference to the movie J-Men Forever. A superhero in that film, called the Caped Madman, uses that phrase whenever he flies.
Personally, I can’t believe somebody else knows about that film.
Alternately, the “HEY-OOO” is just something people say when they’ve inflicted a “burn.” The joke being that a lot of times, superhero comics are needlessly brooding, or the obstacle is easily fixed with a power the hero has forgotten for the sake of plot convenience.
the reason say that when they burn someone is because it was Ed McMahon’s catchphrase on the tonight show with Johnny Carson.

If I knew any fatfur artists who notoriously often comically make helpless, unwilling characters fat, I’d've used them in a joke here. Sadly, I know of no such artists. Yet.

It just occurred to me to wonder whether Spot (Superdog) is registered.
Spot’s wrong. You can totally punch fat away. Or, more accurately, the fear of your punches can help the people to burn off fat. By running. Not heroic? Or an alternative sort of heroism?
