Two men are bringing boxes from the lobby to the second floor. The big man can bring 2 boxes at the same time in one minut to bring them from the lobby to the second floor. The small man can bring one box in 30 seconds. It takes the same as bringing te boxes up as going down, they can’t swap boxes. There are 7 boxes, how much time are they going to bring the boxes to the second floor? (I’m sorry if you don’t understand something)

No time at all! They just stuff them into the elevator!
but if there is no elevator, it takes them both 2 minutes to take 2 boxes up and come back down. after those four boxes are up, the small guy can take one up in the next 30 seconds at the same time the big guy takes two up in one minute, so taking them up the stairs brings it to a grand total of three minutes.
