At least I assume it’s South Korea, I’m pretty sure Housepets! is ban in North Korea.

If this comic were North Korean the title would be changed to “Dear Leader Kim Jong Ils Pets” and every comic would start with his portrait.
Internet is a ban in North Korea… Only the wealthiest North Korean’s are lucky enough to get electricity. I hardly think the oppressed citizens of North Korea have the time, care, or resources to indulge in webcomics.

I think it has something to do with a no smoking law implied to about to be broken only for three guys to set their hair on fire instead. I don’t know, it’s still awesome.
Oh and someone just fell in love in panel 2!

Taking a wild guess, it’s the police dog thinking to himself about a lack of fire arms and world peace or something and then the hot heads show up…
Yeah… if I got it right, then this is the funniest guest comic I’ve seen so far.
Wasn’t there some Korean fanart posted a while ago? If the comic has a lot of Korean fans, it would be cool if they could reply once in a while. Posts, after all, can work in google translator.

If you ask me, especially these guys… They got here at 6:00 and have just been sitting there like that… Those lazy bums (lit. translated: “Those bums with nothing to do”)…
I’m getting the feeling that they’re part of some “no smoking” campaign… A yellow hoodie with a “no smoking” mark… Seems like a”no smoking” project after all…

THEY’RE BURNING!!! They’re burning WITH the cigarettes!!! As soon as they lit their cigarettes, they covered their “no smoking” marks! What the heck?! These guys!!!!!!!!
