The one fitting it had a concealed cybernetic body, but then they had a falling out (financial and evil mastermind reasons) and “The Cyborg” fitted it too tight that it couldn’t be removed. Since it was the last of his mother’s mementos (I didn’t stutter for the candy), he could not bring himself to destroy it.

Unfortunately, Spot accidentally knocks it from his hand while swinging around when bat-bat taps him on the shoulder to fake surprise, and it breaks, and bat-bat has to de-hypnotize Spot by leading him into a decrepit church where the broken skeleton of a stained-glass window casts an accidental shadow of the Dread Symbol Dho-Nha on the leaf-littered floor…

Well I mean at first it was very clear that Peanut just drew a cat and was calling her “not one” to avoid getting labeled a cat lover but here she looks like she could actually pass for canine (maybe he’s making her more like Tarot and less like Grape).
Still either way this should be fun. Stripe’s always had more common sense than Spot so let’s see how this works out.

Neutralizing and hypnotizing Spot (superdog) must have necessitated the use of orphanite. Obviously, the effects have not worn off, it’s the villain’s money, and he wants it now!
Or maybe somebody made up some physics that prevent Spot (usurpeddog) from using his powers for such evil? We may never know! Or maybe it will be explained in detail next-comic. Imma check.

Psh. What a dork. How are you even friends with Spot (superdog), anyway, Jimmy? I mean Jim-Jim? I have this creeping hunch that you two have next to nothing in common and it’s like you’re only there to produce some sort of reader avatar for some otherworldly audience, but instead produce such a massive contrast to the main character that you become much more a butt-monkey than anything else. It’s not flattering, Jimmy. I mean, Jim-Jim.
