All I can think of, in the way of improving the site, is to see if you ca make the comments like the ones on DA. Other than that I can't think of any thing to improve on.

Hi... First time comment for this short time reader ^^ Love the comic, it's a ray of sunshine on an otherwise cloudy day.
Okay as for selling, I think Ebly's idea of key chains is a good one, maybe in the shapes of Grape Jelly and Peanut Butter's collar tags and the plushie idea would be ace if you could manage it. igorixx also had a good idea with the posters.
Perhaps you could sell prints of comics and maybe even a mouse mat based on the current Mouse Revolution comics as an idea. It's still a bit soon to be talking an actually book but how about a sketch/note book with Peanut's Infamous Drawing on the cover. You can also get cups and so on printed.
Try to keep it manageable and maybe have a preorder option, just to test the water and see how many units of your merchandise you can look to ship.
Anyway keep up the awesome work and put me down for a shirt or two X3

Comments and message boards can't really be compared appropriately. They tend to each attract their own, different form of response to the comment. It's probably best to have both. Though then, as for message boards, they're more community-based than other things. It would be useful if we were able to reply to comments, that's probably the main reason I'd want a message board.

Shirts would be good and possibly attract money that paypal wouldn't bring. Grape Jelly and Peanut Butter plushies would be amazing, but Vistaprint is prolly just printing. Maybe keychains are a possibility? I'd certainly get one. Er, if I had any money, that is. Dx
